If you ask us to file a claim, we send the relevant paperwork to your insurance company. We only do this with your say-so.

Once we don't need it, we either delete it for good or strip out anything that could identify you.

We'll confirm who you are before we process the request. Once verified, we respond within 45 days, with the option of a 45-day extension if we need it. Privacy requests are free, and you can make up to two of them in any 12-month period.

Authorized Agent

You can have someone else file a privacy request for you. We'll need written proof you authorized them, and we may still confirm your identity with you directly.
