4. How We Share Your Information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only in the limited cases below:
Service Partners
When we use a licensed subcontractor to do part of the work, we share what they need to do the job. Their contract with us requires them to keep your information private and only use it for that job.
Insurance Carriers
If you ask us to file a claim, we send the relevant paperwork to your insurance company. We only do this with your say-so.

We use the following types of service providers who may process your data on our behalf:
- Website hosting and analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)

Business Transfers
If the company is bought, merged, or sold, your information could be part of that deal. We'll let you know by email or a clear notice on the site before your data moves under a different privacy policy.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking on the site to keep things working and to see how people use it.
Types of Cookies We Use

|---|---|---|
| Essential | Required for the website to function | Session cookies, security tokens |
| Analytics | Help us understand site usage | Google Analytics |

Managing Cookies
Your browser settings control what cookies are allowed. Most browsers let you block or delete them. Turning some off may break parts of the site. Your browser's help docs walk through the options.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to look at site traffic in aggregate. It doesn't tell us who you are individually. If you'd rather not be counted at all, the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on blocks it.
6. SMS & Text Messaging
When you give us your mobile number, you agree to get service-related texts from us. We don't share your number with anyone else for their marketing.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or call (858) 519-7407.
We retain SMS opt-in records as required by applicable law and carrier requirements.
7. Data Retention
We hold onto your information for as long as we need it to do the things this policy describes:
- Service records: 7 years (for warranty, insurance, and legal purposes)
- Payment records: 7 years (for tax and accounting purposes)
- Marketing communications: Until you opt out or 3 years of inactivity
- Website analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
Once we don't need it, we either delete it for good or strip out anything that could identify you.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your data from being accessed, leaked, changed, or destroyed without permission. Those include:
- SSL encryption on our website (HTTPS)
- Restricted access to personal data (need-to-know basis)
- Secure payment processing through PCI-compliant processors
- Regular security reviews of our systems
No system on the internet is fully bulletproof. We do our best, but we can't promise absolute security. If you think something's been compromised, call us at (858) 519-7407 right away.
